The 90-minute Virtual Innovation Workshop is specifically designed for public-sector agencies seeking modern technology solutions for working smarter, faster, and simpler. The free workshop is sponsored by the workflow solutions provider ServiceNow in partnership with Crossfuze, a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner.

The Virtual Innovation Workshop will feature case studies such as the digital transformation journey of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which used ServiceNow’s App Engine to automate a 90-year-old financial assistance program for farmers and producers. Instead of sending program applications through a laborious, seven-step approvals process that involved printing, signing, scanning and emailing, the entire workflow was rebuilt from the ground up on ServiceNow’s low-code workflow development platform.
