As the Senior Vice President of ServiceNow Global Delivery, Bierman will be leading a large global team which counts award-winning talent and five ServiceNow Certified Master Architects among their ranks. Under Bierman’s leadership, the team will focus on building and strengthening deep relationships with new and existing clients, while defining the vision and strategy that will enable the next phase of capability and revenue growth.
Bierman plans to leverage her experience both as a consultant and a leader to create meaningful experiences for the Delivery team, encouraging team members to grow in their individual careers so they can drive growth for the team and company overall. “One of my favorite challenges,” states Bierman, “is creating a culture where people want to work, and figuring out how to engage consultants - whether they’re on a project that teaches them a new skill or allows them to demonstrate a competency that positions them to take a leadership role.”
Bierman also aims to further develop the partnership between the Crossfuze Sales and Delivery teams. Bierman has more than 15 years of experience leading teams and growing client relationships through service delivery as a Client Partner and Senior Director at Slalom Consulting in Chicago, Illinois and Austin, Texas. During her tenure, the company experienced exponential growth – from two U.S. offices with 250 employees to a global organization with 40 offices and almost 10,000 employees.
